Leo Evers is a globally experienced business leader with a successful track record in general management, marketing, sales and logistics. He is the Executive Vice President for Carlsberg, Asia and also a member of the Carlsberg Executive Committee.  Previously Leo worked for HEINEKEN for 30 years including in the Netherlands, Japan, Poland, New Caledonia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Singapore. Leo has also served on the Board of numerous non-profits including the American School of Warsaw, Supervisory Board of Eurocham Vietnam, Advisory Committee APAC of African Parks and as Chairman of the Dutch Society in Japan.

Leo became interested in wildlife conservation through his eldest daughter, who is studying Zoology in South Africa. He was captivated by the work that has been done by African Parks and the unique PPP business model and determined to use his role as a businessman in Asia to help protect these spaces for generations to come.
