Jonathan B. Mills is a member of the Real Estate Group at Cummings & Lockwood.  He concentrates his legal practice on commercial real estate transactions, including commercial sales, acquisitions and financings.  Mr. Mills received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.  He has been a member of the American and Connecticut Bar Associations and has lectured and written articles on various commercial leasing, construction and fiduciary topics.  In addition to his professional activities, Mr. Mills has been active in various civic and business endeavours, having served on various boards and committees for The United Way, The USO of Metropolitan New York, The Norwalk Community College Foundation, The Stamford Symphony Orchestra, the Regional Advisory Board of HSBC Bank, The March of Dimes, the African Parks Foundation of America, and other organisations.  He was recently elected a Life Fellow of the Connecticut Bar Foundation.
