After his Masters, Jonas conducted field research on Bonobos at the Max Planck Institute in Leipzig, Germany. He has worked in various positions for WWF in the Salonga National Park since 2012. Jonas has extensive tropical forest and conservation knowledge as well as a broad understanding of the modern conservation challenges of Central Africa.
