In 2008, Ilidio attained his Degree in Tourism Planning from the Eduardo Mondlane University – Maputo. From 2009 to 2016, he taught at the School of Economics and Management in Maputo for the Pedagogical University, and simultaneously, held a poisition as Head of Inspecting and Licensing Economic Activities at the Economic Directory of Massinga. Ilidio joined Bazaruto as it’s Tourism Manager in 2017, and was incorporated into the Park’s new management team in 2019.  Ilidio is a member of Massinga’s District Technical Council of Planning.
