Dr Arsène has more than 12 years of experience in both Central and West Africa, specifically in the field of primary and secondary Health Care, Health Systems Organisation, Tropical Medicine, Occupational and Clinical Medicine. He joined African Parks in June 2018 as Head of the Health Department of the Chinko Project, and later also took over the management of the Quality-Health-Safety-Environment department at work.
