Dave has been married to wife Patricia since 1965. They reside in Naples, Florida, and in New York City and Santa Barbara, California. They have four sons, and six grandchildren. Dave is a graduate of Villanova University, with a degree in History. His corporate career has taken him and his family all over the world, including living in Europe and Asia during the 1980's and 1990's. He has held executive positions at 3M and Rubbermaid, and was Chairman and CEO of Perrigo, a pharmaceutical company, and of Cott Corp., a global manufacturer of private label beverages, where he has been Chairman of the Board since 2008.  In addition to his position on the African Parks Network Board Dave has been deeply involved in many other charitable organizations throughout the years. He has served in leadership positions on a number of charitable organizations, including Naples Children's Education Foundation where he has been Chairman of the Board for the past two years. Despite a career spent traveling the globe for his business responsibilities, Dave's passion since "retirement", aside from his family, has been traveling to the far corners of the globe. He has a particular love of Africa, traveling there once or twice a year and usually bringing along family and friends so that he can share that passion with them.
