Blaise obtained a school diploma in teaching in 2010 and started his career as a Ranger in 2013 at Garamba National Park with African Parks, as secretary of a mobile field section. In 2015 he was appointed to the position of Logistician of the Law Enforcement Department and in 2016 he was promoted to the position of Administration and Logistics. In 2018 he was promoted to the position of Deputy Coordinator of Law Enforcement and received a scholarship in the same year to attend the Wildlife School of Garoua for training on the Management of Protected Areas. As of 2022 Blaise occupies the position of Law Enforcement Coordinator.
