Baudouin Michel is an agro-economist (1980), Professor (2005) at ERAIFT-UNESCO then Director (2010) at the same institution (Kinshasa DRC) and Senior Lecturer (1992 -Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech, University of Liège, Belgium) and was ECOFIN Help Desk for the DG RELEX of the European Commission (2002). After serving as Director of Operations for APN (2017) based in Johannesburg, Baudouin Michel is now APN (2019) Special Envoy for Francophone Africa, the EU, the AU and UNESCO. Baudouin Michel is a board member of several companies in the private sector in Africa (DRC) and Europe (Belgium), and in parks managed by APN in Benin, Republic of Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo and Chad. He has been part of Odzala’s board since 2017.
