Armando began his career in Mozambique’s Ministry of Environment in 2006, and then became a Financial Manager for the same department where he supervised DANIDA funding in the climate-change sphere. He was appointed to the previous Bazaruto Administration to manage funds provided by the World Bank through the MozBio project and budgets on behalf of BIOFUND.
